I can highly recommend Emily’s personalised meal and workout plan. She prepared a custom made menu considering my food preferences and allergies, as well as easy, quick but efficient exercise recommendations. 80% diet and 20% workouts showed the first meaningful results after only 1-2 weeks. Weekly check-ups and monitoring the progress kept me motivated, helped to lose few centimeters here and there and reach my dream weight.
