This is one of the only bad reviews I have ever left and I almost didn’t leave it because they already have so many, but I honestly believe Harvest & Grounds needs another.
My girlfriend and I both ordered ham & cheese croissants, and a latte to share. The service was terrible. The lady was rude and visibly annoyed. The croissant is a freezer item, which is fine, but is heated to a lukewarm temperature and has a single slice of ham rolled up in the center (both were this way, see picture). The latte was bad, possibly the worst I’ve had. It was essentially a regular coffee with a ton of milk that wasn’t fully steamed.

The service team needs a lot of training on both customer service and coffee making, and the business needs to source better baked goods. Until this happens you absolutely need to steer clear, and Harvest & Grounds should feel bad about taking your money.

Numerous people in line, two employees moving extremely slow. One went into the back for who knows what. Came out with gloves on, picked up her phone, made a phone call with the gloves on. Some guy came up (employee) after the phone call who was sitting right behind the other side, they canceled some transaction. The customer left pissed off, he hugged the employee who was laughing and smiling with no care. She continued to help the next customer WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON. They advertise salads. I ordered a salad and was told they don’t have any. Terrible terrible service.

The employees couldn't care less, the "fresh egg" is not fresh, just a pre made nasty sandwich, coffee is burnt and way too hot. Can't believe 30$ went for that horrible experience

In FLL airport you clearly have a concessionaire who just does not care. The employees are about as unpleasant as can be creating a toxic environment. The counters are dirty and the service is slow. So slow that you may need to choose between your coffee and your plane. It’s a shame that the airport does not appear to impose any service or quality standards on the vendors.

This place is located in the entrance of G gates , so it's well located.
The service is so bad, there was a person that doesn't even want to talk with customers about the products.
I stayed there because of the queue I thought it was good food , so I can support the girl for a while and get good food and coffee but I was wrong.
It's not fresh and the coffee isn't good, when I asked for any non-dairy option for the latte , they got rude... ? at the end I understood they only have cow milk

Он был просто ужасен, какая-то водянистая горькая жижа... ?
Кофе наверное заварили повторно.
Возможно здесь можно купить кипяток, его сложно испортить.

The staff were extremely rude and arrogant with I don't care attitude. I spent $12.35 here.- please see attached receipt. However, when I asked for a cup of water, the employee refused.- It was Water!
Not giving out a cup of water is their policy according to that employee. The Ft. Lauderdale airport authoriy and FL Tourism Dept must close this coffee shop immediately. I was a tourist in this beautiful city. However, this coffee shop was ugly. I was embarassed and humiliated very deeply.

This establishment is absolutely dreadful, not even deserving of a single star. To begin with, I strongly advise against ordering their bagels as they consistently arrive old and stale. Despite giving this store multiple chances, I have yet to receive a fresh bagel. Furthermore, the staff is remarkably rude and unfriendly. During my last visit, while waiting in line to place my order, I observed an associate prioritizing their conversation and offering free items to individuals who appeared to be friends, all while paying customers patiently waited. This behavior is entirely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will certainly not be returning, and I advise others to avoid this place altogether, as it seems they prioritize serving free food to their acquaintances over attending to paying customers.
